Man oh man it never occurred to me that vintage sleeve holders had such a rich history — diving into the history of mens accessories like this really opened my eyes because I always assumed those little sleeve holders were just a random old fashion thing but it turns out they were seriously useful tools that held cuffs at the perfect working height back when old fashioned men‘s fashion was all about looking sharp while getting things done and I can‘t stop researching on classic menswear accessories and might even start wearing sleeve garters myself because there‘s something undeniably cool in wearing a piece of living menswear history. | |||
